She is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the organisation, overseeing financial planning, treasury management, regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial reporting, while supporting the Board and senior management in driving sustainable growth and shareholder value.She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales Trinity and Saint David in the United Kingdom. She brings over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and corporate finance within the financial services sector.Prior to her current role, she has held senior finance positions across finance companies and corporates, where she played a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving profitability, managing regulatory and audit requirements, and leading finance transformation initiatives. Her expertise includes budgeting and forecasting, asset–liability management, taxation, and stakeholder engagement with regulators, auditors, and financial institutions.
